"Stay out of that place. The owners are two of the most despicable people I have unfortunately ever come across. Their lack of honesty and integrity is astounding. There is no bottom to how low they are willing to stoop to squeeze $$ out of their customers. They lie s easily as they breathe, and they are: Greedy Disrespectful Vile Bigoted Manipulative Chaotic Dishonest DO NOT rent a mailbox from them, you will be tricked into signing a long-term contract, and they will blame you for not carefully read it. They advertise their mailbox rental as a regular address, but you the you won't be able to do an address change. it's a total fraud."

"Playa Postal Center is the BEST. During the worst of the pandemic they were extremely accommodating (as I am high risk). I have always been grateful and appreciative. But never as much as I have been this week. I sent an extremely important package via FEDEX -- and it appeared to have been in terminal transit due to the fact that I had the wrong address. Playa Postal kindly reassured me -- researched the problem, fixed it, and within less than 30 hours it reached the desired destination. I am forever grateful for their kindness and dedication. Playa Postal Center is outstanding!"

"Went twice in the past month and a half and can now say I will never go here again. Masks either not worn by employees or not worn properly. Other customers in store with masks around their chins. As far as mailing and shipping goes they have had great difficulty sending to US based addresses. This past visit they could not physically complete the shipping and tracking process and I went elsewhere."

"If there was an option for 0 stars, that's what I would have picked! I am truly disappointed about this place. My grandmother recently passed and my family was shipping her personal belongs to our homes. They assured me over and over everything would be safe and packaged correctly and safe. I sent 3 boxes 11/30 and 2 boxes 12/7. It is now December 18 and I am missing the first box I sent 11/30, it still has not arrived. The other boxes I got once I opened them my late grandmothers items were broken and scratched and not wrapped at all!! Nothing has anything wrapped around it. It was all thrown inside a oversized box! I called the owner Jennie and she remembered me and my family. She sounded compassionate on the phone and asked me to email her photos and what happened. I did that on Dec 9.... I have never heard back from her. I have sent 2 follow up emails and still heard nothing! I spent OVER $600!!! Which part of is their fee to "package" and "safely wrap" my things. One was my grandmothers ashes in her box, which now is all dinged, dented and scratched. Other items were valuable collectibles that are now broken. I will attach just a few photos to show the damage and how box was when I opened it. I would never trust this place to help ship anything! I can't believe she still has not replied to me.... my family has been going there for decades. What a shame."
