"Avoid this location at all costs. I have used their services many times because it is the closest to me but every single time it’s a nightmare. Very rude and condescending treatment to either myself or other customers every single time I go there. I’m done with this location. Management needs some serious reshuffling. They are incapable of doing the simplest of tasks with a minimum of manners."

She seems to have a hatred of all customers who enter the building and revels in trying to be as petty and spiteful as possible. Avoid this office if possible - the one in Playa del Rey is a far more pleasant experience"

"I would not recommend mailing any packages from this location. Before moving out of MDR, I sent quite a few packages out from here and the Venice post office. At least FOUR items went missing from the MDR location over the course of only a month and were lost in the mail despite being scanned in at MDR. This after an angry employee told me you’re only allowed to mail a maximum of ten items at a time from MDR (?!). I really believe my items were targeted because I was mailing too much according to them (isn’t that the purpose of the postal service and how they make money?!). But, I’ve never had a problem at Venice. Beware."
