"BOYCOTT!!!!!!!! We witness something VERY DISTURBING today by a Salesperson ('Ina' or a name, that sounds like this)! She harassed an African American person right in front or many, many customers. When people tried to tell her, she was wrong for being so vulgar and discriminate against this man, who didn't do anything to her, she LOST ALL CONTROL and started to scream and call anybody, who stood around NAMES....she even called a LADY (very sweet, wholesome looking lady) a Crackhead and called her an old f#ing c#nt. We were beyond applauded and disgusted, that THIS FEMALE is working with the public. Unacceptable behavior and very disturbing to see, that the Owner ALLOWES this sort of behavior. FIVE people, including other Store Owners and Workers app packed the lady, who stood up for this man, and told her, that this 'Sales Person' has many complaints against her and that the Owner doesn't do anything against her. Well, I ASK, THAT EVERYBODY BOYCOTTS THIS BUSINESS, UNTIL THIS RACIST FEMALE IS FIRED. SHAME ON THE OWNER FOR ALLOWING THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOR!"

"Beware. My daughter 14 was very excited to rent a segway and tour Venice Beach. This establishment told us how easy it was to ride a segway and convinced us that within minutes my daughter and her friend were ready to take them out. I kept asking questions, but the people at the rental store kept dismissing my concern. They clearly wanted to close the sale and move on, and not spend the necessary time training. We weren't gone more than 5 minutes before both girls had wrecked and were all skinned up. We walked the segways back, and the woman running the place we very rude. She just kept saying sorry no refunds, or prorations. Although the male employee admitted that many people wreck and the segways are much harder to drive than they look especially given the crowds and sand so prevalent around the boardwalk at Venice Beach."
