"I just arrived from NYC and was greeted by Nelly who was more than helpful with everything I needed. She personally took me to my unit and helped me with the lock. I would highly recommend this location and if you get lucky enough, Nelly will be there on the day you arrive."

"This has by far been my favorite facility. It’s always clean. The bathrooms are clean. There aren’t any weird smells in the halls. It’s well lit. And Will and Kevin are sweethearts. They have amazing customer service and go out of their way to see that I’m enjoying my experience, I’ve seen them do this with everyone. Kevin is very thorough when problem solving. And Will always makes a point to ask how I’m doing followed by a quick friendly chat. Like he actually remembers the stuff I tell him and will ask me how those projects are going. He’s so encouraging! It’s funny I get bummed out when I come on their days off. Because of these two I’m a returning customer to this location. This facility is a bit more expensive and off route from the one I originally booked with. But I started to remember how boring my trips here are on their days off and realized it will forever be like that if I go elsewhere. So I moved my reservation just for the laughs and to avoid the musty hallways at other facilities."
