"I had an appointment scheduled for the end of the day on a Friday, but when I arrived at the office, there was a note taped to the door saying that all appointments were cancelled due to a system malfunction. Really disappointing, as I had to leave work early and drive over an hour to get to the office. I didn't receive a phone call or email concerning the cancellation even though all of my information was given to IdentoGo. The note wasn't printed that same day either... it was the same note as a closure from July, with the old date scribbled out in marker. This was frustrating and felt very unprofessional."

"Very poor customer service from the desk and management. Had appointment which was cancelled without notice even on the day of appointment. Show up on time for my appointment and am told I should come back 2 hours later. Made me sign in as a walk in and proceeded to let people with later appointments ahead of me. Had to wait an additional 2 hours to be seen. So 4 hours wasted because they don't know how to use a phone or email."
