"The speed in which you are attended is adequate even when you do not have an appointment. The actual interaction with the employees can be hit or miss. I was literally given conflicting information by two different employees back to back. When I made the second employees aware of the issue she did not want to acknowledge the mistake."

"The ONLY reason I am giving this one star is the man in the front that first helps people. He was efficient, quick and has great customer service. The women in the photo/test area could learn how to be more efficient and work a little faster to help the people waiting. They also need to have more knowledge in order to answer questions that THEY asked us. They should have more than one person manning that area. I will not come back to this location. I will stick with Santa Paula from now on."

"My nephew had an appointment for his written exam and Tammy the greeter at this location started asking my nephew if he was born in the US while my nephew was holding his US passport on his hand! This woman not only profiled my nephew but she wouldn’t let us speak. I asked to speak with her manager and she laughed and continue to be sassy. She also was discussing her benefits with a coworker while a line of customers was forming. I’m extremely upset we had to deal with a horrible greeter while my nephew was nervous for his written exam. Hopefully they discipline her and retrain her. This location is located in a city with high population of Hispanics for her to be working here and be racist."

"It's alot older parking lot isn't in great condition but no issues inside got in and out.. went in at 11 did registration reinstatement in about 30 , payed the fee at the kiosk went back to the front he gave me a number for called she put it in double checked everything and gone"
