"I honestly did not want to waste a second of my time leaving a review, but they deserve a minute of my time to leave this poor rating. Google should update to allow zero stars. Anyway, it is always a disastrous experience. Why? Don’t understand what the need is for such poor and rude “customer service.” Always the older women with a bun and eyeglasses who is super rude, does not want to help and instigates about being slightly out of the line? Just a very difficult atmosphere and very pathetic that these are the “people” helping the Ventura County Human Services Agency. I’m very ashamed to work and bring clients here"

"Absolutely worthless customer service. You want to guess how long I was on hold? One hour. I don’t know these people don’t like to work or whatever, but the biggest waste of time is trying to contact anyone over the phone. Thanks for nothing."

"they took 3 hours when i had an appointment. and the answering machine to to long you need a better system. or go back to the old way. when you have real people answering the phone."

"So far over an hour on a hold trying to reach them by phone. Over an hour and never was able to complete my cal fresh sar7 in office because of lag time and my schedule. If u want any results from here plan at least an 8 hour day for something as easy that a 10 year old could do."

"I generally prefer to do my applications online, but some glitch happened and i had to go in. I arrived around 9am and there was no waiting (Tuesday). They seem to have an efficient process, I was in there for no more than 2 hours and I was able to find out i was approved before leaving. The staff were very kind and helpful. Se hablan Español."
