Starting Service with the District

To initiate services with the District, property owners are required to submit an Agreement for Service, along with a $150.00 deposit and a copy of their driver’s license. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible and are here to assist with any questions you may have.

Commitment to Quality and Safety

In our ongoing commitment to providing safe and reliable services, we collaborate with Babcock Laboratories, Inc. to ensure the quality of our water supply. As of December 3, 2019, tests conducted at the Panama Sample Station indicated a Non-Detect (ND) result for PFOA & PFAS, reflecting our dedication to maintaining high safety standards.

We understand that residents may have questions about local regulations, such as those concerning bonfires. For convenience, we have posted the Ventura County Fire Ordinance on our website. Additionally, our website features an interactive map displaying the compliance status of public water systems, with easy-to-understand indicators.
