Reviews
"Beautiful place for a stroll and good nearby food options on both the pier and walking distance in town. The fishing has definitely fallen off since my days as a young lad although I caught my biggest ever sculpin on my last trip 15 inches. Nevertheless the object of pier fishing is never about catching fish but rather just sitting back and enjoying the day and watching and talking to others as they go by. If you aren't fishing ,the beaches are usually uncrowded and are a better option than further south in LA County. Back in the day my regular surf spots were C-St and Fairgrounds 200- 300 yards north of the pier"
"Longest pier in California. Lots of people walking there. Lovely view of fairgrounds. Plenty of people fishing at night. You must pay for parking. Hope to go back soon."
"Lots of people fishing. Not much catching. Saw 2 mantarays caught and killed. Super sad to see. Otherwise beautiful day for a walk"
"Easy to get to and from 101 fwy. Free 2hr parking w/vendor validation. Great pier and beach."
"Wonderful place to see sun set. Many people fishing here."
