Our services are designed to offer support, understanding, and hope to those in need.
For immediate assistance, contact our Friends Resource Helpline at (619) 543-1434, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. For after-hours support, our Warmline is available seven days a week from 3:30 pm to 11 pm, excluding major holidays, at (619) 295-1055.
We are excited to announce the opening of our new Plaza Clubhouse, located at 465 C Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910, where we offer additional resources and support for our community.
Mark your calendars for the 2025 NAMIWalks San Diego & Imperial Counties, a vibrant event aimed at raising awareness and funds for mental health advocacy. Join us in San Diego on Saturday, April 26, 2025, or in the Imperial Valley on Saturday, April 12, 2025, for a day of unity and purpose.
