"I'm so dissapointed. Dr. Kurtz is the best and I thought I could keep him as my doctor when I got Medicare without paying for the concierge fee. He told me that himself. I went and got the Medicare GX plan specifically so I could see Kurtz. I just tried to make an appointment with him but was told that isn't true. I guess I have to find a new doctor. I feel like crying right now"

"I've been a patient since 2017. It's always the same. Kurts is funny and approachable while most of his team is there to make your stress levels go through the roof. New doctors come in and out every few months. The latest addition - Tracy. Who looks to be overweight and extremely unhealthy. The staff is horrendous. Scheduled the appintment over a month ago for a yearly physical and 3- month prescription refill. Had the feeling something was missing when I left. So I called literally 3 minutes after leaving. It was a dejavu moment. They love to put you on hold. They promise to call you back and never do. They will forcefully provide the smallest prescription possible on proven and previous prescriptions. Why? Likely so that you have to schedule more appointments to see them. Finally got a hold of Tracys PA. Sure, my voice sounded like someone who was frustrated, and I was accused of yelling. She hung up on me. Finally got a hold of Tracy, who likely wanted to display how tough she was on the phone next to the PA. Gave not one good reason as to why my 3 month prescription ( that I do not abuse and refill every 8-9 months ) was rejected/declined. She even threw a couple of insults and said she'd call the cops if I came in to talk to DR Kurtz as I said I would. What a joke! Everything that is wrong with our weak society all bunched up in one office. I'm tired of the games and time wasted. It's time to look for a new DO. Don't make the same mistake. Previous ratings are from the good old days...DR Kurt's will now charge 2000usd a year extra per patient if you want to deal with him directly."
