"HORRIBLE Dr. don't go see her. She doesn't care, listen or talk with you. She didn't even acknowledge me when walking in to the waiting room. I tried explaining a few things and she paid no attention to me. I will NEVER go back regardless of my blood work."

"Terrible treatment. It is such a shame how horribly this doctor behaves. Having mental health issues like depression is not something to be made fun of. Dr. Ayele made me feel ashamed of my disorder and basically told me it didn’t exist. But she had no problem forking out dozens of refills of Lexapro and Xanax to get me to go away. Her receptionist now told me that Dr. Ayele must have prescribed the medication on accident. I am speechless. If you are considered this MD, don’t. They are awful. It is sad because my family and I have used the Los Alamitos Medical Center for decades. Dr. Ayele needs to have her license revoked."

"I have never met a more unprofessional doctor. She charges you a copay and $35 to fill out one form with two signatures, which she fills out during the scheduled 15 minute interval she has with you. I have never met a Dr who would do that, as it is a part of their duties. She is not personable, brusque and beyond rude. When I told her that I spoke to my insurance company and they told me that a doctor's office couldn't charge to fill out one form, she told me she would send me to collection. Over $35. In front of other people. I never met a doctor who would talk to a patient like that. She doesn't uphold the principles of being a doctor, nor does she deserve to treat patients with an attitude like that. I don't normally write reviews, but I hope this helps someone in the future. Do not pick this doctor to be a part of your healthcare team. She doesn't care about patients and it is very obvious why she went into the health care field in the first place."

"Horrible doctor. THIS LADY YELLS AT HER PATIENTS THEN HANGS UP!!! I went to see her because I was pain. I left messages to follow up on my case and finally got a call back from one of her staffs today. I can hear her over the phone in the background. Then she grab the phone and was very rude telling me that she had told me to go to orthopedic surgeon to get an MRI. She never spoke to me about any of this nor did I ever received this information. I was trying to tell her that all I know is that I got a referrals for Ortho surgeon which I don’t need surgery and never ask for one. She doesn’t stop talking or yelling at me and ACCUSED ME OF NOT REALLY BEING IN PAIN AND JUST DOESNT WANT TO GO TO WORK!!!!!!! I was shocked! Is this how doctors are now?! If she had follow up with her patients she would know that I have been going to physical therapy and not getting better and had asked to go to a different one to see if that would be better. I had also asked for chiropractor through her staffs. She never once try to see how I was doing. She never got the progress report from my PT. She said she’s not my secretary and have to get my progress report from my PT. I had told her staff if she needed the progress report then the PT could fax her one. This doctor doesn’t do any paper work online. I needed disability done for the time I need off from work and somehow they never received my paperwork in the mail. I got paperwork from EDD within 3 days of my request! You have to go there physically to give her paperwork and get her to sign for your medical leave note for work. She charges you $35 to sign that paper. She tells you to fill out what you need?? Isn’t that why I went to see the doctor so she can tell me what’s wrong with me and what’s best for me? I had to look up what I need for light duty because I have no idea. I have never had to be on leave before. I have never been in this kind of pain before. I waited 2 months before coming in to see her because I had hoped it would go away. I had requested for 3 months for light duty but didn’t know it would take a month before I could get referrals then I have to make appointment which wasn’t available right away. How could you accused your patients for not really being in pain?? I’m still in shocked. Why would I go through all these paper work and having no work and making no money? And spending money on copays and now I have to pay for my own insurance because work doesn’t cover longer than 12 wks. Go to this doctor if you are not sick but don’t go to this doctor if you are. I WASNT PLANNING ON BEING SICK. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE A DOCTOR. YOU DONT ASSESS YOUR PATIENTS NOR CARE!!"
