"I don’t even know where to start. I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning. I didn’t get seen until 11:45 am. What’s the point of appointments? But that’s not even the worse part. A Latina woman was refused service because no one could translate English to her. The dark skinned Asian woman (40 year old) desk receptionist treated her with the most unprofessional matter I’ve ever experienced. She basically told her “I don’t know why your here, we can do nothing for you” how blatantly disgusting. She was the worst part of my whole experience. Once you get seen, they are much nicer and helpful. This place needs new receptionist. Someone who is people friendly and definitely not what they currently have. I submitted a complaint to the medical board of CA. 1) people have the right to a translator. 2) refusing service because of someone’s disability to speak English or any language is a discriminatory practice."
"I know you don’t like bad reviews, but I just want to be honest with you, since you were honest with me. You didn’t have to say that it looks like I “don’t know what I’m doing” because I am juggling multiple things in my life. I live in a single parent household, my dad just died, and so I have two jobs in order to help my mom financially. Who are you to say that I don’t know what I’m doing? During the job interview you could’ve asked me how are you going to manage your time or what do you do to prioritize tasks? Something along those lines. Also do your research, how can you not know what an EMT is?"
"The front office staff are not very friendly……Dr. Simon & his helpers were nice…but the first people you come into contact with or on the phone need to get different jobs….not friendly or helpful…."
