"This doctor is not a good doctor at all. She was very quick to throw a generic diagnosis and was very dismissive of my issues and concerns that I already had ongoing for a long time. It was also difficult to get a referral for a PT for my back injury, I had to fight through my insurance to get this doctor to send out a referral. Too much stress and trouble. Doctors shouldn’t be giving you a hard time to give you the care that you have rights too. Also the parking is sucky, you have to pay. All in all, in the end, I obviously changed doctors immediately. Don’t waste your time on this doctor! She should be trained more."

"This office has been unprofessional and incompetent for a while. I thought I had built some kind of relationship with Dr. Mossinger for the past four years there including giving her Tory Burch silk scarf for appreciation. Therefore, I had been tolerated their poor service for years. Unfortunately, this is the point where I can no longer tolerate. My teenage son had an emergency appointment today at 3:15pm. Both of us tried our best to get there on time due to our busy schedules and we were there 3:15pm sharp. Another patient came a few minutes after us and was called in right after she arrived. The front desk told me her appointment time was 3pm, so she had to be seen first. I questioned how that made any sense after we arrived on time? The nurse popped out of the isle to help front desk to let me know that they have a fifteen minutes policy. I questioned how the fifteen minutes apply to her when she arrived at least past 3:16pm when I was there talking to the front desk? They refused to give me a resonable answer. The nurse told me I can reschedule my appointment after my son and I had waited for over twenty minutes there. I asked to speak the manager, Sarah k. She told me she had no problem letting us in a room, but Dr. Mossinger was really behind. I told her I had no problem waiting, even though my son had to go to work soon, as long as they can do the right thing and arrange for him to be seen before the lady that came after us. Again the same nurse jumped in to tell me they can't do that, she was loud and threatened she would sue me when I started to take a picture of her. More disappointing than these poor service was when they talked to Dr.Mossinger. She played who was ignorant rather than take responsibility to and make the right decision. This is not a worthy place for me and my family. I told the manager Sarah K. that I would like to make a formal complaint but she has failed to let me know the details or refund me the parking expense."
