With a passion that began during her own recovery from a high school injury, Shayna combines her love of dance with her expertise in kinesiology and physical therapy to help patients regain their mobility and confidence. A proud graduate of Chapman University and the University of Southern California, Shayna holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and has extensive experience in sports and orthopedic care.

Specializing in foot and ankle treatment, Shayna is skilled in the measurement and casting of orthotics and is certified in Astym therapy—a technique that aids in the healing of chronic conditions and acute injuries. Her dedication to this approach has led her to become an instructor, sharing her knowledge with other physical therapists nationwide.
