They never call me back and I can’t get a hold of anyone so now I have to drive over there. No one calls you back."

"Dr.E still remains the top Dr.around..He takes his time with each patient & sincerely cares for each of us, never rushing us out,he is all ears,quick to help you & squeeze you in,even if he is booked..unlike most Dr.s these Days,takes Days/weeks to get seen & quick to get you out..with Dr.E can clearly see on first meet he has a True passion for helping ppl, I can imagine how the World would be if we had more In the World like him.Also his wife is the sweetest ,when conversing with her, cant help but see her big heart as well."

"I’ve called countless times and they don’t answer the phone. I was able to get through twice but the woman on the phone says something about how she’s going to walk to the front of the office to schedule me on her computer and then puts me on hold for 45 min and hangs up and doesn’t answer after that. (Again she did this twice) I’m not sure if she’s walking through time and space or what but it’s very frustrating."

"Poor front desk, has no sense they are dealing with heath, death and life. No answer phone, no communication, no skill with insurance, always put wrong code for insurance request, never receive results from lab when you asked, but the r result is in the office sitting down on their desk . Doctor barely go over with your blood test and if comes under the count his answer is "maybe this person has count lower, can be normal for the person" Hours and Hours waiting from one patient to another, hours means 1-2 hours waiting."

"I have never had a better physician. Dr E makes it obvious he really cares about his work and his patients. He’s a true gem amongst a sometimes disappointing profession and I can’t say enough nice things about him. He does like to talk and sometimes he runs over but he is always worth the wait and takes his time with everyone, sharing his vast knowledge, making sure he addresses all concerns and questions are completely satisfied before sending the patient in their way. Yay and thank you for Dr. E!"
