"Very disappointed and frustrated from my visit. Front receptionist was kind and welcoming. The Physician, Maria Diaz Arvizu, was not so friendly and lacked interpersonal skills. The physician gave me lab work orders but never gave information regarding fasting and was quick to make her exit. The nurse was kind but also left me feeling frustrated after asking for clarification on the requirements for fasting but she stated she didn't know. I understand fasting is a simple concept, however, each lab (as some clinics contract with specific labs) have their own protocols and expectations for fasting. Due to the clinic's staff lack of knowledge and lack of personal skills, I was unable to complete my lab work and wasted a day fasting for over 9 hours. Definitely will be changing providers once my blood work is completed."

"The doctor is kind but the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have had nothing but bad experience because of the receptionist and most especially during a time when i was struggling mentally and just needed a checkup, she made the whole experience really difficult to the point where i almost just gave up entirely."

"I've had nothing but good experiences here. The new nurses are nice, respectful, and helpful. The doctors there are also very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, they're not rushing to get to the next patient they take their time with each patient and answer all my questions and explain everything very well. I found this place a few years back and after going somewhere else since childhood I decided to give this place a chance and loved it! Give them a chance without letting all these negative comments influence that decision."

"I agree with the ones who disagree with those critical reviews. The PA and desk have treated me well. Be careful how you treat staff and waiters. Waiters are the ones who bring you your food from the kitchen. I worked in kitchens and if you knew what goes on behind some of those closed doors, you'd be asking God's blessing on your food every time you eat out too."

"I have been a patient of this office for several years now and I must say in the beginning I had a very rough time here. The front office staff were not up to par and lacked empathy and most importantly, professionalism. Because I work as a Front Desk Coordinator for a medical office, I understand things can get a little crazy BUT we must always treat our guest with respect. I spoke with the Office Manager at the time but did not get very good results. I phoned the South Gate location and spoke with Management and she really listened and showed genuine concern. The front desk staff and manager are new at the Bellflower location and there has been MAJOR improvement. I am always greeted, listened to and if I call in for an appointment the ladies are always very helpful. I am truly happy with their services and will continue being a patient here."
