"This place is a joke. They charged my mom $35 to give her a Disability form and the staff is rude af! When you call on the phone, the lady that answers is rude and sounds ghetto af. She rushes the convo to try to hang up as soon as possible instead of focusing on patient care. Going to report to the BBB."

"Dr. Nasser Z. Mehrizi was extremely rude the first time I met him. I was already scared, worried and panicking from having to undergo my surgery. I asked. Dr.Nasser what was the cause of my appendix erupting-can it be my diet? Lifestyle? . He then responded to me in the most rude, snobby way “that is a stupid question don’t ever ask anything like that again. Do you think I have xray vision to figure that out? I can’t see through your stomach can I? Don’t ever ask a question like that again”. I felt so humiliated after. He began to laugh with the nurses around telling them I had the most stupid question. I’m glad my surgery went well and now I am better. But his communication skills as a doctor are terrible."
