"I wish they would just shut this doctors office down because they really not here to help us and Gina is the worst and she needs to get help or quit and let someone who cares about the patients work. It's like they're trying to kill us patients instead of helping. I wish they would get better help for this location. I can't ever talk to a Dr like he doesn't exist unless u see him face to face and that takes about 3 months for that to happen and by then I'm probably already healed from my illness"

"The most unprofessional I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Dr. Sumcad is a nice enough physician, however it’s evident there are zero expectations for his staff, nor is patient care a priority. I’ve gone through hell for a simple referral and been told multiple times by his OFFICE MANAGER that they’re too busy and don’t have time to follow up with me. It’s unacceptable and the good doctor should be more prudent on who he chooses to represent his practice. No patient should have to file grievances and endure stress trying to receive care. His staff is a lawsuit waiting to happen."
