"This has been a review that I have been dreading making and it’s been 2 years in the making. Dr. Wilner made a HUGE mistake. I took my week old son to see him after he was the attending ENT in the hospital when he was born. My son was having some trouble breathing when born but they assumed it was due to being a c section baby. Dr. Wilner saw him and sent us home with Flonase. We saw him a week later. The assistant set us up in the room for him to scope our baby. Once Dr. Wilner came in, he said we didn’t have to. I mentioned how we just could since we are set up and he said “okay mom if you insist!” I am a second time mother and knew that what my son was experiencing wasn’t very normal. He scoped him, said he was small inside, continue using medicine and recheck as needed. We went home and I was so worried about my son but also wanted to trust the DOCTOR. After all, he knows best.. or so I thought. That weekend was horrible. I videod my son and his breathing. I took it to our pediatrician on Monday. She insisted that we see a different doctor not at memorial. So we going our wonderful Dr. Jay Bhatt at CHOC. He attempted to scope my son and couldn’t get in at all. He said whoever said they did, didn’t. There is no way! There isn’t any room. He sent us immediately to CHOC. On the way, my son stopped breathing and I had to call 911 and get him to CHOC asap! There he got a CT scan that confirmed his diagnosis which is a super rare anatomical issue. He needed immediate surgery. Fast forward a few days, icu stays, months and months of suctioning every 3 hours, another surgery this year 2023 and he is doing well, thank GOD for Dr. Bhatt! As for Dr. Wilner- I do hope you read this and realize how awful it was for you to dismiss me and my son. He was in need of care immediately. I do hope you learn from this and do better. We will never ever go to you or refer anyone to your practice. I know the doctors at our pediatrician office did make a formal complaint against him. For anyone with children and ENT issues- please consider going to CHOC- I can’t even begin to stress how kind, knowledgeable, caring and fast that are at treating these conditions. If I could give 0 stars I would!"

"I was very pleased with the operations of the staff. This is the first and most important of first introduction to me. The staff reflects the attitude of the doctor. The medical assistant, the doctor's assistant, and the doctor made me feel most comfortable. Dr. Wilmer has much experience in his field. He is confident. I reserve any further evaluations until the results of my, actual, medical experience."

"Staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful in explaining and answering any questions. I called from my car for my appointment as instructed, nurse came outside within minutes to take me back...... safety and health well being first and foremost. Dr. Willner is always very thorough in explaining details of the medical condition. This visit I also encountered the nurse practitioner, Garrett Sherman, who was very professional, friendly, and helpful in answering many of my questions. Great staff and doctors visit."

"I tried to make an appointment. First time I called I heard this fast run of unintelligible syllables that I couldn't make out at all. Second time the person who answered spoke intelligibly as far as words and syllables go (after I figured out what "aandb" meant--- a very lazy way of saying Medicare Part and and Part B, which threw me for about 20 seconds) but contradicted herself within the span of 20 seconds as to whether or not her doctors accepted just plain medicare or not. She also could not tell me whether her office has a certain state of the art non- invasive nasal polyp removal machine called polypvac. Hopefully the medical staff is better than this, but at age 70 I don't have the sense of daring and adventure needed to find out. I've had a sinus infection for months, and I have no time for people either untrained or unwilling to do their job competently. I moved one further down the list of ENTs."
