"I just called cause i am a new patient there i was not in there system and they were so rude on the phone this was just a phone call!!!! I dont even want to go into this place already based off of that"

"This office is so outdated. They don't accept credit card payments only cash which was never clarified when they scheduled my appointment. After they sent me for lab work outside the office and found some abnormalities they asked me to go in for my results. Once I arrived they wanted to collect my $40 copay. But because I didn't have cash they turned me away. Even after asking the Dr if they can see me, the Dr turned me away. Guess my results aren't such a priority. They wanted me to reschedule but told them I'm done and found a new Primary Physician. They've called me twice and I told them I won't be returning as a patient. Still haven't heard from the "MANAGER" regarding the situation but what can you expect from an outdated office."

"I spent over 2 hours trying to find a primary physician. After careful consideration and reading over reviews, I finally decided to choose this location. Unfortunately, the time it takes for this location to get back to me has been 3 months. I've called every week for the past three months, yet haven't received any updates. It is extremely frustrating to know that my needs are not being prioritized as a new patient. The worst decision I could have done was to choose this location as my primary doctor."
