"don't waste your time in this clinic,The lady's at the front counter are rude and have no intention of helping you.This place looks closed and very unclean, there is only one doctor and sometimes another, but this place has the rudest and very unprofessional service, do not come here, I do not recommend it"

If you are the face of the clinic, you should have better customer service. Serve with compassion, you work in a healthcare setting!"
"I was referred by my insurance at this office, it was very terrible. It's Cash only and they are charging for simple exams that is usually free to your Primary Doctor. They there so terrible in communication and keep making things complicated. ITS A SUICIDE HAVING THIS OFFICE AS YOUR PRIMARY DOCTOR."
"The wait here is ridiculous and it's cash only. all I needed was an Orthopedist referral as I had already paid another doctor at urgent care to look at my broken clavicle and do xrays. I had with me the xrays and the notes from the other doctor but because it's hmo I needed his specific referral. Called at 8:30am they said they were done taking walk ins, came back at 12, I go at 12 and they said I couldn't sign in til 1 and they would start calling people at 2 (there was already 8 people in the waiting room). So basically I would have had to wait several hrs just to get a damn referral to an Orthopedist while i can hear my broken clavicle bone grinding. But hey at least you'll have plenty of time to go to an atm as its cash only!!! Needless to say, i've switched doctor."
