"I have seen Dr. Rao in her office 3 times during 2019-20. Dr. Rao is very knowledgeable about her profession. I terminated my association with Dr. Rao for unsatisfactory communication with her as well as the office staff. The office staff cancelled my appointment with another physician in her office, without my knowledge or consent. There were also multiple visit scheduling issues resulting in my frustration, misunderstanding and confusion. The problem was also aggravated when I tried to give Dr. Rao feedback about these issues. Dr. Rao is extremely verbal. I was never sure that I got my point across about anything. There are other reputable internists and endocrinologists in the community. appointments without my Dr. Rao is extremely verbal. However, on each visit, I found it very difficult to get my point across. , whether informational, positive or negative. I didn't feel heard."
