"Dr. Thomas is good, even though I‘ve only seen him a few times. His Physician Assistant Lydia Green is great. Always nice and pleasant. BUT the down fall, is the front office staff. There’re so RUDE and incompetent on answering a question to the smallest information. Don’t ever leave a message, because they will never call you back to schedule an appointment. Front Office etiquette 101 is what they need."

"Amazing and caring staff! I had to reschedule an appointment only hours before my time to visit. The receptionist was so nice and accomidating and understanding. I’ll never go anywhere else but here! :) As Dr Kevin treats me like royalty everytime I make a visit."

"This has been my primary care physician for 2 years. TERRIBLE receptionists and nursing staff, they are rude, extremely unhelpful, and leave you on hold for outstanding amounts of time; I even walked to the office once while on hold to show them how disrespectful they are to patients. The receptionist are the worst, as they are the first point of contact upon visiting. Most ailments result in a referral to outside specialist, meaning they haven't really helped you, they basically are a middle man to the Doctors and Specialists that will help you. Extremely long wait times by appointment, the typical amount of time in the office with an appointment is 2 hours and a half or more. Misdiagnoses of health problems and mistakes with prescribing more meds than necessary causing Overdosing symptoms, this has happened to me. My father was (mis)diagnosed with pancreatitis, a month later being too late to make a difference. Because of his strong-willed nature he insisted they continue looking which led to a referral and proper diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer by the referred specialist."

"Wonderful staff; helpful and friendly and attentive. Dr Thomas met with me directly, introduced me to the physician I was to meet with, and kept me informed through the process via direct phone calls. I needed a recommendation for a specialist and the clinic got it done within the same day. I am someone who is NOT savvy with medical clinics/the world of healthcare, and the patience and support I received from the front desk staff as well as the doctors of this clinic was incredible. Shout out to Susan. Of course there was a waiting period but that was anticipated and one has to keep patience in mind in a clinic setting. Overall I had a pleasant and productive experience."

"I have been going to this place before Kevin Thomas came and it's ridiculous what you have to go through I was told I needed a Pap smear and they said I would have go to a gynecologist. So they put in paper work which took 3 weeks then it was a hole in a wall and I had to fill out all this paperwork just to get a Pap smear which my doctor should do so I left"
