"I been seen Dr Karen Oh for so many years but sadly I will let her go, due to her receptionist being extremely rude and lack of communication and calls. She was misinformed with her appointments and wanted to to charge a fee on my appointment that was never taken and communicated or confirmed. I called to rectify and my calls were denied and when I did get through it was a rude of her to suggest it was due to my unscheduling and wanted to apply a feeonly because her relaps of work was done incorrectly. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of trust and honesty of its workers."
