"I'd rather give 0 star on him. Please don't waste your time and money to ruin your health. All of his staff members are very rude and disrespectful. Oh god, and doctor himself, he's very mean and doesn't listen to his patient. He said "God will cure your pain" what a stupid word that a doctor can say to his patient. I'm not type of person who writes google review, but I really wanted to warn anybody who plans to go this doctor."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Shin’s for about 10 years. The receptionist is always acting really mean and disrespectful. Today I called to confirm my appointment for an annual Physical and after the treatment I received from her, I decided to cancel my appointment and find another doctor. After I cancelled, she simply hung up on me! This was the last straw for me and I will never return! Terrible office reception & service."

"My wife chose him as my son's family doctor because his schedule has more choices and location is very close to my home. I took my son to his office for physical exam and filling a form required by my son's PE. He charged that for $20. I still can accept that although I know some doctors don't charge. This was the first time of visiting as new patient, and becomes the last time now. The experiences are really bad! I hope I could give 0 star even negative. I even don't want to waste time to write much details. I just want to erase this person and visiting from my memory completely. I never had such bad feeling for a family doctor in my whole life: no welcoming to new patient, even no talking, no communication, like a robot. They asked my son doing fasting when scheduling appointment, but they didn't order blood testing when visiting. My son also felt very terrible for this doctor. He said the previous one was much much better. I changed my son's doctor immediately after back, and felt a little better."
