"My provider who was doing an “only consult” was 40 minutes late to my appointment, and then rushed me through the consult. She didn’t listen to anything I said and was rude. She would ask me deep thought questions but would only let me answer me in one word answers."

"WARNING!!!! ! This company and their billing staff are the worst kind of people you will ever interact with. They lie about claims, hold on to refunds and only return calls after several complaints are made. Please also do not EVER put your credit card on file for copays, you will regret it for the rest of your life. Learn from my mistake. These people are clearly drowning financially and have resorted to charging egregious amounts on peoples credit cards. My normal rate for a med check is $304.01 and they deducted $600 from my account. I have filed a formal complaint with CA medical board and will lodge complaints with other government agencies. They clearly think that mental health patients will not fight back but they are sorely mistaken. It is really sad when the people that are supposed to help you are the ones that are making your life harder."

"DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PUTTING YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH THEM!! IF YOU HAVE MADE THAT MISTAKE CALL THEM TODAY TO TAKE THE CREDIT CARD OFF IMMEDIATELY! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD ANY AMOUNT WITH ZERO NOTICE AND YOU’LL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN. NOW I HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS BY FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE MEDICAL BILLING AUTHORITIES. I have no issues with my medical provider but the billing department for this company is utterly despicable!! They have no problem lying, avoiding, and holding onto a patient’s money for absolutely no reason. I have called crying asking for my money. I have severe health issues and I’m on disability and barely able to pay my bills. I have begged them to refund the money I’m owed. Over $500. They refuse to refund it and won’t even provide a reason. If you can avoid this company please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and NEVER EVER make the mistake of putting your payment info on file. You will regret it immensely. If you don’t believe me just look online to see how impossible it is to get your money back once they charge your account. Oh and as a special bonus, they are involved in a class action lawsuit for letting protected health information out and forever putting the patients credit at risk. Now anyone can file a false claim pretending to be the patient because they essentially have all their info including their social security number. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!"

"We’ve worked with our provider and the company for over 20 years. Our provider is very in tune with our sons particular needs and changes in his life. Yes, we have to wait sometimes along time but I also know that when I’ve been that family in Crisis, we get that attention which is what you want."
