"Awful. The doctor himself is actually very thorough, but, unfortunately, that doesn't outweigh the horrible front desk service & prescription hassel. Expect to wait 1-2 hours for your appointment, EVERY TIME. They don't write prescriptions the same day; you have to return the following day in the evening to get your paper prescription. They don't call in prescriptions. They don't respond to pharmacy requests for refills. They don't do anything digital, everything is on paper. They told me it was illegal for them to write refills on prescriptions without being seen by the doctor once every 30 days. I've been on the same medications for 10+ years and have only been required to see a doctor for refills if I was a new patient. I went to this doctor because I switched to Blue Shield health insurance & was automatically assigned to their office. I continued going for about a year before my I finally had enough and walked out of the waiting room after waiting for 2 hours. Also, every time you call the office, expect to be on hold for at least 15 mins. I'd avoid this office at all costs, if you have a choice."

"Was told I had a broken pelvis then I went to see my orthopedic doctor and was told nothing was broken???? How does the X-ray technician and doctor both mis diagnose me? Incompetent front desk ladies as well she kept faxing the wrong phone number was rude when I corrected her phone number by one digit. Beware coming here. Update still fails to fax me my X-ray copies… pursuant to Health and Safety Code sections 123100 through 123149.5 they are requiered to send me my X-rays in a timely manner or face the board of medical."

"Dr. Aguolu is in fact an excellent doctor who takes the time and consideration for each of his patients individually. I have been seeking his care for almost 8 years. I don't think the negative comments deserve merit. The only negative comment I can think of is the wait time is long. That is due to Dr. Aguolu taking his time to speak with each patient individually and give them his time as they deserve and expect. Christine who runs the office does an excellent job and is constantly on her feet taking care of the front office. This is a busy doctor because he is a great doctor who cares."

"The doctor is a quack. I don't mind Male doctors but he is a little bit too friendly. I was warned about him but decided to give this incompetent doctor a try. Do not feel comfortable around him or the many male nurses. He has a strong arrogant accent. This is my second and last time coming to this office. I thought his nice characteristics was part of his personality but the next visit proves the type of doctor he portrayed to be. Forgot to mention that they only make appointments after 1pm. The early morning patients are there for pre-OP that is getting ready for future surgery"

"If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I have been at this doctors office for almost 6 months and the only thing that has stopped me from changing locations is because I was sent out to a few specialists and I didn’t want that delayed. The entire facility is unprofessional! Front desk assistants are always arguing with one another. Co workers being rude to each other and snapping on the Doctor. The only decent thing about this place is that most of the tests are done on site and you’ll get results back right away. Administration is THEE WORST!!! I have called on several occasions to schedule an appointment or another matter and I get put on hold for about 15 minutes for another person to return to the phone and put me on hold for another 15 minutes until I get aggravated and hang TF up! I have asked them to call in my prescriptions on several occasions after expressing to them how much pain I was in and you won’t believe that they never called it in. When I called them back and advised them that it wasn’t sent over to my Pharmacy they again, did not send it in. I had to call in about 5 Times to force them to do their job. INSANE! Don’t ever be in pain and need medication right away because here... it WILL get delayed!!! First of all, how are you going to tell me that the person that calls in the prescriptions won’t be able to call it in until 7 p.m. THAT IS OUT OF CONTROL!! Not to mention the long wait! You’ll be waiting about 3 hours. With an appointment! I’m changing my Doctor as soon as I’m done with my specialist visit."
