"Dr Luk saw my teenager who had been having ear pain, and after a well meaning urgent care doctor did some extensive probing with inadequate equipment and made both ears bleed, I decided to take him to see an ENT specialist. Dr. Luk is extremely good at what he does. And yes, the appointments don't take longer than necessary, but he knows what he's doing and he gets right to it. He's polite, he listens, and asks the pertinent questions, and then makes you feel better. My 18 year old, after being driven to tears from the pain from the urgent care doctor, said there was no pain with Dr. Luk. Any thorough doctor that takes my kid's pain away and makes me feel confident about their care is getting a great review from me! Very nice office staff as well."
