"Called yesterday and was told I'd have to make Dr Malone my primary in order for him to see me. So I did and the following day I called to make an appointment. The lady I dealt with couldn't find me in their system. She then said "hold on" and transferred me to a line that went to a voicemail that was full. I called back 4 times and was ignored each time. Great staff you have Dr Malone."

"I called to ask for a new patient appointment. The staff was so GHETTO AND RUDE on the phone that I didn’t even set the appointment! Midway through the conversation I told them never mind, because if this is the customer service you get trying to get an appointment I CERTAINLY wouldn’t want to deal with them in the office! I immediately hung up and went online and changed my PCP!"

"Inefficient staff, poor/lack of communication amongst all (doctor and staff), took too long to process referrals/authorizations. My father was his patient while he was in dire need of his services due to a stroke and it was just not at par for the type of services and attention he needed. Forced to look elsewhere for a more efficient doctor."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I REPEAT, DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME at this office. The "follow up" here is 0/10. The service is a 1/10 and the only reason I am giving it a "1" is because the doctor is black. The only reason I picked this office is because Dr. Malone was a black male. Nonetheless, this doctors office is dud. Nothing about this office is good. NOTHING. I now understand why the other reviews are soo bad."

"Dr Malone is a lazy doctor. I left two voicemails and spoke with the receptionsist twice to get a prescription refilled & 10 days later it still has not been done. I am not out of medicine & looking for a new doctor."
