She will make sure to tell you it's not their fault that they made you cry. Do you get anxious and need your partner in the room with you to support you? Nope! Can't do that, grow up and it's also your fault you can't do that. Do you have a history of surgeries and other pains? Well that's just a checklist to go through, it's also your fault. Come down here if you want to have a nice session in tears and being told they did nothing wrong, and leave in tears never wanting to go to another doctor!"

"I don’t often write negative reviews but I’ve had terrible service with Dr.Nilsa and her associates multiple times. I needed a standard check up and although she seemed thorough, she was not helpful in explaining anything to me. I’ve been trying to get my own chart information and they have been giving me the run around. At first I thought the business was wholesome but after being refused my information and meeting the doctor I would definitely say to never go here."

"I agree with CJ. I have been Dr. LaBorde's patient for 22 years now, for a very good reason: She is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. She is a wonderful person who takes extra time with each patient, is VERY thorough, and is very direct in communicating with each patient regarding their health needs, concerns and necessities. When she would travel to South America, it was to do free medical work for the poor in her home country. Criticizing her is like criticizing Dr. Albert Schweitzer."

"Dr. Laborde is the BEST physican in the area. She has been practicing medicine for longer than "JOSE SALVADOR CHAVARRIA" has been alive! Excuse her if she wants to go on a vacation here and there, but her "vacations" usually has to deal with family situations she needs to be attentive to. We are all entitled to take a break from work, especially if you have over 7000 patients and you are a solo practioner. There is always someone in charge in the office that can take care of someone's needs, now greanted, some medications that are "controlled substances" NEED A PROFESSIONAL VIEW because they are CONTROLLED!! You can't just give someone (for example, vicodin) without having doctor's authorization. Yes, she may not be "open to suggestions" but you would too if you have done a job for over 40years and have never had a problem with a patient. She has had the same loyal and responsive staff since she has started practicing medicine in her office profesionally. You have got to be out of your mind to have ANY complaints about Dr. Nilsa Laborde! She is very well known and one of the best doctors around."
