"Visited Dr.Madan at Culver City office in late 2021. She charged me and my insurance a full office visit (extra/on top of my annual exam) of more than $500. I was there for an annual checkup which was paid separately and simply mentioned that I had minor comfortableness on my knee. There was no exam done on that day, but I got the bill stating that I had extra medical services. I came back to the office for a separate visit a week after and paid it separately. Had no idea I got double billed by her for the same thing. I changed my PCP right after and will not recommend her to anyone else."
