"After having thyroid cancer, my 6 month follow up appointment that I was waiting for anxiously was canceled by Dr. Levin 2 days before without any good reason. The doctor was not going to be in the office that day, that was basically the reason. How unprofessional is that! The medical industry is a big business and if you dismiss your patients so rudely like that, soon you will have no business. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere! It takes a lot more than a degree to be a good doctor."

"Definitely one of the rudest doctors I have to deal with, I have lupus and I had a thyroid surgery 1.5 years ago and my first 2 appointments were with her, she was so rude, not polite, no professional at all, my first appointment was on the phone and she was like in a hurry, I asked her some questions and she responded short and every time she was like “any more questions?” Even when she couldn’t respond some of them. That day I was super sad and disappointed of how she treated me. My second appointment was in person, she didn’t even look at me, just her laptop, she touched my throat and asked a couple questions and then she left without saying anything, the appointment was over within 5min!!! After this, I changed my doctor. She is the worst!!!’ Do not go with her."

Her medical error that she made caused me to seek unnecessary further treatment, stress, money, time and refused to admit her mistake or correct it.
