Im so happy with the thoughtful care we received all the little things really show the total compassion and professionalism. We were so scared for my son to leave us for his surgery he was getting scared. One nurse picked him up and comforted him and It was so heart warming to see the compassion for my little guy. "After some fumbling around with Dr’s who wouldn’t admit they didn’t know what the issue with my ear was, I found my way to Dr. Vetter. He told me I had a classic case of surfer’s ear despite the fact that I’d never surfed. The surgery was quickly scheduled and a few hours later I was home and resting. I experienced almost no post-op pain but a fair amount of discharge, which I was told to expect. At each follow up appointment Dr. Vetter did a thorough examination, adjusted the ear drops and was pleased with the canal’s recovery. I just had my final visit and he gave me a clean bill of health.
