"This place is usually nice but recently it has gone downhill. When you first enter the store it smells like someone has spelled a large amount of cheap cologne. Went in today to redeem a free drink but when the barcode wasn't reading, the cashier rolled his eyes and spoke a different language about HIS frustration. When he told me there was nothing he could do, he quoted saying " Do you not have a dollar buddy" it was the principle of me wasting my points on an item that I did not receive."

"Came in here today and was accosted by an unhinged and irrational clerk. I simply attempted to use a Marlboro coupon, the same ones I’ve used at this store for years, only to be accused of being a thief and denied service. When I asked for an explanation or if the policy had changed I was just yelled at even more. To make it worse the employee decided it was a good idea to begin to talk and point at me to another employee in their native language. How rude!!! All it takes is a simple matter of training. All I did was present the coupon to receive the treatment. Stay away from this 7-eleven."
