"Service is the worst On the day I made a service reservation last month, the technician They said they were going now and would arrive in 15 minutes. He called me 30 or 40 minutes later and told me to reschedule my reservation as I couldn't make it due to personal reasons and then hung up. It's absurd. The sales representative said on the phone that he couldn't come in the morning because he ran out of parts. He was making excuses that made no sense. I also told you about the broken water purifier. Reservations were made almost 3-4 weeks in advance. The reservation time was between 1pm and 4pm. It's really so absurd Besides this incident, just a few months ago The water purifier did not work due to a problem with the ‘filter’ being sold, so I fixed it. I was dumbfounded because the counselor just made ridiculous excuses such as problems with the apartment or drain pipes. The service is really, really bad."
