"This is for the lack of cleanliness outside of the location, still on the 7-eleven property. The transients just pack their things on your lot. You can't even walk there because you have to pass right by them. They're smoking out of glass pipes and it's not safe walking there with our toddler, even if your customer service is always great."

"Don't like the young kid with the big round glasses, he's not friendly at all. The owner need to fired this guy, he is rude to the customers he act like he is the owner or manager but he's not. He never stock or change the coffee, just work behind the counter always on his phone. Has no customer service experience."
