"The worst experience with picking up my medication. They told me I could give them my information I had on hand then transferred me to someone else who told me they couldn't accept it. I tried to transfer my medication to CVS and now they want CVS to request the transfer when they originally told me to request it myself? I've never had this experience before today."

"If i could rate this place zero stars I definitely would!!! Very bad customer service! I called to see if they carried an item and the lady told me she couldn't help me because she didn't know what I was looking for. I then continued to tell her what the item was and she said I can't help you because I have customers. I said I would wait on hold until you can help me and she said no and clicked."

"This used to be one of my favorite Rite Aid stores. They always had cereal on sale, Like two for $6.00, and they would have a big variety, but lately they are low on stock on everything. It looks like they might be closing this store."

My insurance forced me there, but I received immunizations at Rite Aid. Now I can get my prescriptions there. They've been great. He is really good at giving shots. LOL! painless and patient."
