"I went there to buy a pack of cigarettes because the gas station across the street was closed. I walked in and went straight to the counter. The clerk was sitting down talking and laughing on the phone. So I waited...and waited...and waited..2 more customers came in, walked around, got what they needed and got in line behind me. I was standing there 12 minutes. Maybe 14 cuz I didn't look at the time right away and only started timing it when I felt like I was standing there too long already. He didn't stand up to help me at 12 minutes, I turned to walk out at 12 minutes and as I opened the door, he jumped up and was saying Wait ! Wait ! I said, I already did, and kept going. The next time, same thing. Gas station closed. (Extra mile). When I got there, a lady and that guy were yelling at each other but she drove off. I go inside and dude's already on the phone, sitting down again. I was looking for dog food. I couldn't find it so I walked up to the counter and stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Didn't happen. I walked out as other's were walking in so he didn't get the chance to yell wait again. I won't go back."

"I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time. Tonight I stopped in on my way home from work to grab a snack and some lottery tickets. The cashier scanned the cookies, and I asked for a Lotto ticket. She rang them up and then went to print the ticket. She stood back by the Lotto machine for a while, I assumed the ticket was taking long to print. Finally she asked me if I wanted anything else, and I asked for a few scratchers. She then told me “I’m not helping you, you can talk to the manager” and only rang me up for the cookies and Lotto ticket and wouldn’t sell me the scratchers. So I just paid for the cookies and Lotto ticket and left. I have no idea what caused that reaction, but they have lost a regular customer…"
