7-Eleven

"This location seems to be family owned and although most of the staff is nice and friendly, there is an old woman who is rude to customers. I have notice she has regular customers who she knows by name and she transforms in front of them and is chatty and friendly but other customers she doesn't know, she treats different. I'm not going to 7 eleven to make friends but customer service is still a thing and even though they don't pay her for manners, she can at least say Thank You or greet every person instead of walking away from the register without saying a word or asking if I want to get a receipt. I find it very off putting since I go there regularly and I have seen her behavior in different occasions. Customers are there to buy stuff and not to get a snotty look or feel judged by the person who is taking the customer's money. I don't usually put reviews either but it's that kind of attitude that makes me want to drive a little farther or pay a little more so I avoid that nasty taste in one's mouth when you encounter a rude person. She seems to be the person in charge too and that's what makes it worse, but there is some young ones who are doing great. Maybe she needs to be in the back instead of the front where manners and a good attitude are needed. Get it together 7 eleven. Also, they have been having a lot of homeless and drug users outside and they don't tell them anything. The store front is dirtier now and the employees only want to work inside. There is trash in the parking lot and customers constantly get harassed for money. The staff could care less. They talk in a foreign language while helping someone as if they are speaking of them too which is also rude. There is my 2 cents because they may not be getting any more dollars from me."

"Check your receipt everytime. They like to add $1.50 for a large fruit cup to every order. Also frequently add charges and delete to make the receipt look longer and confusing. Trash businesses practice and bad way to do business. Ive caught it over 10 times. Sign of disrespect and disregard for their clients. Just because you are on PCH doesn't mean to cheat and steal from locals."

"Awesome service! Awesome pizza! My fav place to go for quick snacks. They charged me for utensils which i thought was a bit weird but still happy to be helped out especially with everything else closed on Christmas eve"

"Employees great, but if you're open 24 hours why turn the oven off at hours that people could possibly come in and want a whole pizza and refuse to feed a hungry person with money to pay for the pizza? If I were to suggest a off time on an oven that makes dinner and open 24 hours maybe turn it off at 4am?"

"MOST of the employees are very friendly and helpful and they are on top of keeping this location well stocked. Occasionally Ive spotted a few food items that have gone past their Fresh Date, however most 7Elevens and convenience stores have that issue from having so many different products..so just be sure and check the date on food items. .. The coffee is not consistently fresh and hot, which is surprising for a 7-Eleven. Their hot food isn't the best quality, but what do you expect for a cheap bite? Theres lots of parking at this location, however there never seems to be one open. And then there's lazy people that just double-park and trap you into your parking! But all in all if you need to find a quick bite to eat or need a certain over-the-counter medication or energy drink are your cigarettes or Lotto, you can always find it at 7-Eleven."
