"Just came to the store and it is clean and has AC. I wanted to leave a review because of the amazing staff when I happened to see a recent negative one. First off, excellent and helpful staff! I don’t think you’ll find helpful people like them who go above and beyond and are patient and kind throughout. And by the way they are very much trained and informed, don’t mind the idiot below, SAL MACIAS. Newsflash buddy, they cannot access your PRIVATE and SENSITIVE phone number account over the phone that is the 611 customer service’s job. In person at the store, they will ask for your phone number, security pin and ID for any reason any all, big or small. Simple, common sense policies in place for everyone’s own privacy and safety. Bottom line, thanks girls and Cricket for the amazing service! This my first choice store now."

"First of all I want to say that I have never felt more comfortable or helped than I did with Celeste (and the gentleman that was there with her but I didn't catch his name) They were incredibly nice and helpful, Celeste was THE nicest, super attentive to not only the customer she's with but she makes sure to let whoever is waiting know that she knows they're waiting and takes the time to acknowledge them (like when we got there she was already with a customer but as soon as she saw us she made sure to let us know that she would be with us shortly and same thing when she was with us and someone else came in). Honestly I've gone in that store before and it always feels dry and like I want to get out of there as soon as possible but this time I didn't mind waiting and felt comfortable because Celeste and the other guy made us feel at ease. Thank you so much Celeste!"
