"Bought a console from here as a gift. Came back one hour later to return it, unopened, and the lady working condescendingly said they do not accept returns for consoles, even though their return policy says otherwise. Had to go to another GameStop that did process the return, but this location would not return the console, one hour after purchase, completely unopened. Lazy and unprofessional"
"I’m not sure why the associates tell you that you can make a return on something then you go return it because the item didn’t work, then they tell you that you can’t make the return. Now I’m stuck with a defective headset. Thanks."
"Omar was so helpful and friendly. My son wasn't sure what pokemons he wanted, and Omar took his time to give us many options. We were really satisfied with our visit"
"I like coming here and there. Mostly just browsing and to see if they have anything interesting. They have quite of good games. I remember I always love going there just for the ps3 games and action figures. And now it just turned into videos games / gaming merchandises and those weird looking pop toys… overall I never had much of a complaint about it, just I have 2 issuers with it. One just I with they brought back the ps3 games on the shelves and another it’s a story with my dad had a small argument with an employee. I don’t remember her name but we went too sell the game there back in 2017 or 2018, and they said they’ll give us only $4 of a game (Star Wars battlefront 2015) and so my dad was absolutely furious and he spent $50 for it making other good points at that moment and the employee said “sir, it’s just business” (repeatedly) I didn’t had a courage to stand up for confidents as much as I used too before that, so I never said anything about and we left. If you all wanna sell a game, just sell it one of those buy or selling apps."
"I had a horrible experience with the manager Ana associate id# 586712. She's extremely rude. I went to the store today in the morning before they opened and was standing in front of the door. She gets there and instead of telling me excuse me, she says can you move. I was about to ask her a question and cuts me off and says no! So I stay quiet. I wait a couple of minutes for her to open and make my purchase and leave. But when I got to my car I noticed that one of my items were damaged. So I go back no more than 4 minutes passed and asked her if I could exchange it for an exact same item. She said that I would need to return them because the items had different bar codes even though they were exactly the same. Which I later found out it was a lie because my sister purchased the same item as me and the bar codes are identical (I have a picture to prove this). She was only trying to give me a hard time. She then tells me I need my I.D. to exchange a 15 dollar item. I told her I didn't have it on me, and she rolls her eyes and nods her head in disapproval. By this time all of my patience was gone and asked her what was her problem. Since she walked in the door she gave me attitude and didn't even tell me excuse me. Her response was that I shouldn't be blocking the door and I shouldn't be asking her questions if she's not on the clock. I told her that she should learn how to treat other people with respect and she could have said excuse me even though I was blocking her. I then asked her if I could speak with the manager. She then tells me that she's manager in a smirking way. I told her I would talk to corporate instead and in a very taunting manner she replied with you do that!.. To sum it up I really expected better costumer service from a manager working at a "prestige" level gamestop. Never expected to be treated like this in a million years."
