"I would like to share my experience From last saturday (August 17 2024) around 2:20 pm when I went to a711 on imperial and Garfield. Bought a couple snacks, husband bought pizza pocket. As we are exiting the door my husband tells me.Hey this doesn't feel edible feels like a rock or is it just me? I touch it, I notice that it's for sure not edible at all is as hard as a rock! So I went back into the store and And I explained to her that this is not good to please exchange it. There was no more hot pocket pizza , so she gave me 2 slices of pizza which was fine with. But to my surprise, she refused to throw it out.She put it back in the food rack to sell it!! I told her what are you doing now?I told you I just touched .You cannot eat it and you're putting it back in the rack to resellit.Do you understand I just touched it with my dirty hands please throw way. She just said yes I will but refuse to throw it.i told her please I want to see you throw it away she only put it aside and said yes later. I was so mad and frustrated that it was useless trying to make sense to this lady!! Just becareful if you buy food there. I did call corporate but can't do much !since is franchise and I'd private own."

"Beware!!!!! The lady put the pizza pocket back in the heater after my friends husband returned it because it was hard instead of throwing it in the trash!!!!!! DONT BUY HOT FOOD HERE."

"Count your change and ask for a receipt to double-check. Once they had something scanned prior to scanning my items. A second time, they gave me a dollar less change. And today, they tried charging an item twice. All within a month. What's going on here??"

"I work on a 7 eleven myself and I understand there is work to do but the night shift guy rejected my entrance cause he needed to sweep yet allowed someone else in. To be honest I felt discriminated. For sure will never bring my business here again. Bad customer service for a new location. And if you see in the picture he's only on his phone."
