"Bad customer service .employee with glasses was removing all the large big gulp cups so they didn't have to give the discount while using the app and force customers to pay more for larger size .Then when i brought in my own cup of that size they refused to sell to me cause they're "NEW" owner would see a cup was charged at that price and be upset"
"Based on my personal experiences, I honestly never felt that the staff never underperformed or did a "bad job." The only time they were closed, was due to some power outage, during the rain season. But that was over a year ago. Aside from that, it's good! In fact, earlier today, the young man over the counter asked me twice if I wanted a bag, and I replied, "No, it's okay." Yet, he gave me the bag as a kind gesture. He probably knew, I wasn't in a good mood. But that small thing made my day. These little things make a world of difference."
"I experienced a bad customer experience today on 3/8/2022 around 5:00 pm. One of the cashiers was ringing a customer and talking the whole time and not acknowledging the customers in line. The other cashier was putting pizza and stuff away. I waited for her to finish then asked if she can charge me for a lottery ticket and seemed upset and bothered and stated they were closed and had to count the tickets. The service these two females provide are horrible and unprofessional. There are other ppl who are willing to work while those that do have a job don't care."
"There was this guy panhandling in front of the store, but I wanted the spot, because it's a great spot to ask people for change, because the people are really generous over there. So, to get the guy to leave so I could use the spot, I had to literally beg him to leave. Then he said, "I'll only leave if you suck me off in the back alley behind the store, and I'll even toss you an extra $10 bucks." Because I really needed that spot to ask people for change, and an extra $10 bucks is always nice, so I said OK. So, after I was done blowing him in the alley, he gave me the $10 bucks and left. But then I went back to to the front of the store and there was already a different guy there panhandling! I told him this was my spot, and he wasn't having it. So, I ended up having to blow him as well and even had to pay him the $10 bucks to get the spot back! Unbelievable! When the spot was finally all mine, it started to rain! I couldn't believe it... But the store is well lit with a wide variety of selections...and it's open 24/7... Just don't trust or blow the other people that are also asking for change, because one of them gave me mouth herpes.... So that sucked..."
"Overall, this is a great location to come by to quickly pick up cigarettes, beers, scratchers, you name it and the staff are all quick, casual mannered and seem to understand the typical 711 employee to customer etiquette. All except for one. I believe his name is Sam (if it’s really his real name); he’s an older man, always wearing a hat and kinda looks like either middle eastern or Hispanic. Not sure, but that man is so passive aggressive, I can feel his tension before even entering the store. Either way, I’m not sure how he’s still working there or why he doesn’t appear with a black eye every once in a while because he is incredibly rude, lies to your face about not speaking English, and clearly doesn’t get along with his coworkers since I’ll see him fighting with them every now and again. Whoever the manager or owner is, I feel you really need to reevaluate this man and or send him to an institution because he really has some problems that he enjoys taking out on your customers."
