Furthermore, the store's decision to close early rather than operate on a 24-hour basis results in unstocked shelves, suggesting a cost-cutting measure by the owner at the expense of customer convenience. As a former manager with experience in multiple locations, I find this lack of attention to detail and customer service to be disheartening."

"I go there during my lunch break which is around 11 AM, and recently I’ve seen a male worker (mature, older person) who stares, pretends working only to watch what I’m doing, and what am doing is getting my flavored coffee or hot chocolate and to be completely honest is annoying, creepy, don’t like feeling harassed. Therefore I don’t go during my lunch time, I rather wait and go at a later time where employees are friendly and have good customer service. Female employees including the Night Shift are great."
