"The older Latino guy has horrible customer service. He didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. He didn't stand up to greet me, When he finally engaged with me, he had an attitude. He spoke to me condescendingly the entire time. He acted as if I was bothering him. While working on my device, he never updated me on what he was doing with my device. There was an uncomfortable silence while I stood there waiting, emphasis on "stood" because he didn't make me feel welcomed, so I never sat down. As I was leaving, I said, "You should work on your customer service skills. You had an attitude since I walked in. " He wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge what I said. I did not feel wanted in the store from the time I walked in. I will never visit this location again. I just switched from Verizon & THIS was my first in-store experience with AT&T."
"Lizbeth (store associate) was very helpful and patient with assisting me with my phone matters. This is my favorite AT& T store, in the South Bay Area by far, everyone here is so warm and welcoming. I started my new service here with AT&T, and Lizbeth understood the depth of my situation with activating my phone service with another line. She executed everything well and I am a satisfied customer :)."
