"From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces from the staff, especially Julie. she went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed and even offered some helpful suggestions on new products they had in stock. Her enthusiasm, friendliness, and genuine interest in providing excellent customer service really stood out to me. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of interesting products!"

"Come inside this store everyday for the last 3 months. Everyday I ask to use one of two restrooms. And everyday their employees lie to the paying customers that both bathrooms are out of service. People are urinating on the side of building. Horrible service and very rude staff. I spend alot of money in this store. Only fair I should be able to use the services.pretty obvious they are doing this because they don't want to let homeless people use the restrooms. Very sad state of affairs treating fellow human beings thus way."

"No restroom so cant service the area so have to head home. No atm working either cant get cash Pin pad machine very sticky and look like someone removed a skimmer Lady was nice tho the only thing good at the store. Five stars for her. Management needs to step up game not just filing complaints and reading comments."

"I’m shocked to see all these comments about the rude staff and obviously no action taken. I had trouble swiping my card today and the cashier just stood there and didn’t offer any type of help. He didn’t even speak to me as I walked up. I then I asked for a bag after figuring out on my own I was swiping it the wrong way and he threw hands up at yelling 30 cents for the bag. I never felt so embarrassed with people looking at me with all that attention. You guys need new management and staff. Customer Service is awful never will I visit that location again.. not welcoming"
