"Terrible customer service at this store. Watch out. They will sign you up for things you DO NOT want and decline while there. Ryan signed me up for things I told him I didn't want - the protection plan and cloud service for my 80 year old mother's phone. He also sold me Netflix/Max bundle with commercials without telling me this. I had to call Verizon directly twice to remove these. Still waiting to see what else shows up on my bill that I'll have to remove. You are better off dealing with Verizon online or calling them. Avoid this dishonest store at all costs."
"Wish i could give zero stars! The service was so ridiculously bad i felt compelled to write the first review i have ever written in my life! lets start by saying there is more life in a morgue then there is this store, i mean they were so genuinely annoyed that the customers even existed you could see it all over their faces. stood around for 20 minutes or so whilst they had a little chat amongst themselves and then another 15 minutes for the manager whilst he was telling everyone how good he was and how he's being doing this for 1000 years, felt more likely 1000 seconds given the service provided. Sold me a device that was 'on par with T-mobiles premium service', used for 1 day and it was nowhere near as good as my company T-Mobile device, more evidence they literally didn't have a clue what they was doing. At one point i was told to sit on their computer and enter all my details into their system, clearly they couldn't be bothered to do it themselves, i mean in what world do you let a customer sit on your computer and chair and type away ha ha! this was the third attempt at entering my details as i did it on their tablet twice but it didn't work, probably because it was running off their energy levels, which was zero! Anyway the device was shocking, didn't work as advised and i took it back the next day, same service resumed, waited 20 minutes for the manager and told I would be charged $50 to restock the $60 device ha ha! so basically i was giving it back to them for free. Please if you feel like you are in a bad place then go into this store and you will realise that life isn't all bad, you could work in there! i would complain to Verizon but given the service i got here it seems there is no point. stay away, honestly, its bad!"
"This happened in Fall 2022, not sure if they still have the same crew working there but this has to be said. Needed a new phone, and they basically didn't want to help me. There were 3 ppl working there. 2 guys and one girl. I brought up how I needed a new phone, and he reluctantly decided to do his job. He told me that I wasn't an authorized user, so I couldn't get a phone (I'm a young buck, on my parents' account). Rather than helping me add myself as an authorized user, he just leaves me to figure it all out. While I'm essentially doing his job for him, he took off to the supermarket across the street. So I had to wait like 20 minutes for him to come back. I then asked the other guy working there if he could help me. He said he couldn't because he didn't want to steal the other guy's "sale". Lol. As if that guy did anything to "sell" me. He tried to put me out with no solution, and I had to figure out how to make it work myself. After waiting for him to come back, he stumbles in with his bag of junk food and drinks. I could go on for longer but there's no point. You get the picture. It's honestly just sad. I'll take this review down if you can confirm the staff is completely different from Fall 2022. Otherwise, don't go this joint."
"I got my Pixel phone upgraded - Ryan the tech guy added 5G service with $10 monthly charge. Ryan knew there is no 5G tower/signal in Camarillo. My Google Pixel 7 Pro stopped working after 1 day! I could not make or receive phone call or text. Ryan tried to check and update security updates but that didn't work. He reverted me to my old phone. He did not issue any refund or restore my old service - saying only the Manager Jonathon can issue refund and the will have to come later. Later looking at my account I found, Ryan had added $17 fee in monthly protection plan which I had declined. I had to make 4 trips to this store. I spoke to manager Jonathon, he agreed that it is a policy for them because they don't want technicians to mess up customer account! We called Verizon about it and they said - It is not a Verizon policy and if any store refuses to issue refund, call us and we can talk to them. My account still doesn't show any fixes! They do not give any receipt or printed papers for changes made. It is important for all to know this is an authorized reseller store and not a Verizon store. I hope all other customers can take informed decisions with this information. This time my experience was bad and a lot of time was wasted. They have wrong hours posted in Google. Store closes at 7:00 pm and not 8:00 pm. There is a picture on the stores door for new hours. I have sent it to Google for update."
