"The older lady who works the register is a rude employee. I went back for something I left. I think I made rmrhe mistake. The checker then proceeded to talk about me to the other customers in front of me. When I asked her to stop, she argued her point and continued to bad mouth me. It sucks I live close and want to give this store a chance for our community. Unfortunately, they don't value local customers. I was disappointed. Notice they don't respond to any reviews, not even with a "we will try to do better." I see in the reviews its the same employee."

"Not too much varieties of options, but very clean inside && great prices. The only thing that I truly dislike about coming here is the poor customer service of the cashier. I've only been here 4-5 times && has the same cashier (older woman) each time. I noticed that she was very friendly to male customers but when it came to my turn, her smile went away. && to make it worse, she was the most horrible bagger I've ever encountered. She put lettuce on the bottom of my the bag then placed several boxed fruits with mayonnaise && other heavier items on top. My fruits && lettuce were smashed by the time I came home. She also dropped a few of the canned drinks while she was bagging them && the cans ended up dented. It was just a horrible experience dealing with her. I would rather go to another grocery store just for better customer service."

"I've lived in Cali and keep coming back. Food is usually Ralph's and the bill for me as a single person is around 120 bucks for a few days of food. This place was a real treat! Doesn't have everything but it has all the fruits and veggies I wanted it had tofu. Seltzer and good selection of drinks. It was SO cheap. I will absolutely continue coming back when I'm in Port Hueneme area. Very clean and staff was very nice and helpful."

"It's about time a new grocery store opened to the especially to the Port Hueneme community since it's been years since the venue was shuttered as the Tradewinds grocery store during the 2008 recession, In fact I would go shopping at Tradewinds with my mom back in the day....Glad it's reopened as a Grocery Outlet especially after coming in last night. First time going to a Grocery Outlet."

"Newly opened and a greatly needed addition to our community. Lots of different products available from staple groceries to specialty items, including gluten-free and vegetarian and ethnic foods too. Basic sundries from aspirin to pepto. Even a seasonal section with gardening tools. Great all-around local market. So glad it's here. Lots of specials and you can sign up for emails to be notified of weekly discounts!"
