"They turn off the machine to clean the 5 gallon jug 30 mins to an hour before they close. It should be advertised on the website or have a sign posted to avoid customers inconvience of wasting time and gas to drive here. Disappointed."

"Many years ago, just after I bought my house, my water softener went out. I came here to buy a new one. After asking me some questions, the owner suggested I might not need a new one. He offered to come by to analyze the problem & quickly determined all I needed was new resin beads. Saved me big bucks! Last year the old softener finally did die. Of course I called this place to have a new one installed. The price was fair, the installation was smooth, and I’m a happy customer! Also I like the water here. They make it according to the old world recipe. Every molecule of Ventura’s Water Store’s water contains two atoms of hydrogen joined to a single atom of oxygen. They never change the recipe."

"I just had very unpleasant experience at this store. First- I purchased 3 x gallon jugs melted or distorted within a week and became unusable they leaked so much. Store manager would do nothing. All she offered was to throw them away for me. So, they are selling a product they don’t stand behind and don’t care if products are inferior. Buyers beware! I gotta say, customer service was lacking today. I was treated very rudely by this tall balding guy who pushed past me and then admonished me for having empty bottle on cart, “these are for people with full bottles”. I was returning cart from parking lot on my in to get water. Not my usual experience. Very unpleasant experience."

"Very good water price and quality. We are going for almost three years and very happy with water Kiosk. But, I had a bad experience on Memorial Day. I insert $5 and machine was out of return coins. I think, Ventura Water Store should plan about it and so many customers loose their money. Hopefully, Owner will took care of it. (Just small one bad experience, remaining are good. :) )"
